Base fee for shorter assignments (~2-3 days) in general business management consulting which include problem solving proposal, implementation support & evaluation.

Self-assessment, tips for idea generation & brainstorming session

The general, personal consultation with onsite visit package include analysis of the current situation, assessment of the business and marketing plan, economic and market analysis, corporate culture, organizational structure, and corporate communication, company's business processes m.m., and identification of the problem.

General retrospective assessment & add-on support (no later than 3 months after the last meeting, for latter management support see info at Management consulting)
