Fees & Payments Policy for WinG MEE AB´s Online and Offline Professionell Services

Value Added Tax can be referred to in many ways (such as GST, CT or HST), however, since WinG MEE AB is basically a Sweden based company, we refer to it as VAT. Swedish companies in most cases need to charge tax when they sell goods and services, but if a Swedish company's annual turnover is or is less than 120,000 SEK, it does not need to register or charge VAT. To be exempt from VAT, the following conditions stated on the Swedish Tax Agency's official website must be met:

• The company must be headquartered in Sweden.

• The company's annual turnover is no more than 120,000 SEK during the current calendar year (January–December).

Since WinG MEE AB currently meets several of these conditions and is also headquartered in Sweden, at the present, we are neither registered nor charge VAT. Nevertheless, as a preparation for our future activities, prices on our booking page are inclusive VAT and with a tax rate of 25%.

This Fees & Payments Policy outlines the fees and taxes that may arise when you use our website and/or our Professional Services (Consulting, Coaching, Community spaces, Blog Posts, Articles, documents, and other type of files). With regard to the nature of our services, we categorized them into two primary groups. The first group encompasses services that necessitate personal interaction and individualized support (including telephone, mail, and video conversations), whilst the second group comprises services primarily delivered through technical tools, necessitating minimal or no direct interaction with our team.

Under the above classification, our Business management & administration services, along with some selected offerings from our Entrepreneurship Coaching services, fall into the first category, designated as "PERSONALIZED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES". Conversely, the remaining of our Coaching services are included within the second category, "GENERIC PROFESSIONAL SERVICES".

Some of our services are fee-based, while others are offered free of charge. While some of these items are available at no cost, some editorials require payment. Consequently, please note that any applicable fees for these items will be disclosed and applied when you opt to open, view, or download them. Some specific types of members, clients, and selected audience may enjoy free access to all items (documents, blog articles, videos, other types of downloadable files); however, this offer is solely applicable to our Online resources and does not extend to other professional services, which can be reserved separately. For example, our employees and a few selected members enjoy unrestricted access to the aforementioned items at all times, whereas clients enrolled in Business Management programs receive complimentary access for one year from the commencement date of their agreement with us. Furthermore, clients receiving Entrepreneurship coaching can obtain articles that incur fees at a reduced price if they subscribe for a three-, six-, or twelve-month period. In addition, in certain circumstances or promotional periods, the fee of items (documents, blog articles, videos, other types of downloadable files) may be waived or you may get access to for a discount price at our sole discretion.

Thus, they embrace all Business Management & Administration Consulting services and some, but not all, Entrepreneurship Coaching services. These Personalized Professional Services can be booked separately from our online available resources at https://www.windberge.com/book-online and are fee-based without exception. For applicable fees of these services, please se the below table. Please notice that even these are presented with 25% value-added tax.
