Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability are core for all successful business strategies today. Hence, to lay a robust foundation, we have established a comprehensive framework promoting socially responsible and sustainable practices. At the heart of our operations, we prioritize CSR and Sustainability, reflecting our deep commitment to economic and ethical practices, as well as environmental requirements. Our commitment is unwavering as we strive to create a positive impact, both within our organization and in the wider community. However, we recognize that this journey is both extensive and ongoing, and we are dedicated to the continuous development and refinement of our goals and strategies. We will continuously measure and follow up on Client Retention Rate, Employee Satisfaction Score, and CSR Initiative Participation to have timely insight into the outcomes of our initiatives.
Recent studies indicate that shifting regulatory requirements significantly impact our industry. Many consulting firms also face attrition rates caused by, for instance, low employee engagement and outdated technology. Consequently, we believe, that these are the main areas that should be our focus in the coming years. Therefore, as an essential first step, we are committed to following the international ISO-standard 20700s guidelines for management consultancy services (MCS). This makes it easier for both our consultants and clients to understand what rights and obligations each party has when we do business. We also apply Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to enhance efficiency for greater employee and customer satisfaction. Moreover, we offer digital services that provide increased flexibility for both our employees and clients. All these ultimately save time and reduce stress for both parties. To increasingly reduce costs and improve efficiency, we will expand the use of various digital tools within the company on an ongoing basis. In the future, we plan to acquire technical solutions that will enhance our ability to track the impact of our operations and seek close cooperation with a CSR Consultancy firm to further develop our practices in this domain.

Economic & Financial Engagement
At the top of our CSR engagements, we placed economic and financial sustainability since we are convinced that all other engagements proceed from a stable and secure economic well-being of our company. Economic and financial sustainability means sustainable business that employees and clients can count on to keep durable and safe working opportunities with good working conditions and reliable, high-quality services, thus minimizing costs in several areas. Our main concern is to become a trusted and respected employer and business partner for our clients. We want our employees to be proud of working with us and our clients know that they can trust us because the only way of building a sustainable future is through cooperation. In collaboration, we can establish a strong foundation for a sustainable future for all. To achieve these goals, we follow the requirements of financial transparency, ethical business practices, and anti-corruption regulations. Hence, we improve our transparency by utilizing clear guidelines and best practices and only generate profits in ways that meet the ethical standards of our industry.
Additionally, the ethical business standards we adhere to help us and our clients to clarify the terms of our services already from the outset, thereby avoiding costly disappointments and hopefully enhancing trust in our business. This also helps us to improve the results of our services by clarifying the rights and the division of responsibilities of both us and our clients and ensuring a consistent minimum quality in the provision of our service. A Management consultancy only works well when the consultant and client are on the same page. Hence, clarity and transparency are key variables in everything we do.
Social Engagement
As we all know, a happy and satisfied employee is a foundation of happy clients and a healthy, sustainable business. Hence, in addition to the most apparent results of minimizing costs in other areas of our business, it also allows us to offer excellent working conditions for employees. While we apply a robust recruitment process with diversity at its core, we also want our best talents to stay and grow with us. In line with this, one vital part of our social engagement is ensuring the further development of employee skills by offering opportunities for regular training. We understand that the fast-changing business environment with constant changes in regulation and the introduction of new technologies may create challenges and stress among our employees. However, these challenges can be overcome with adequate knowledge acquisition.
We also working on improving the working conditions for our employees by creating a healthy and safe working environment that reflects equality, connection, and inclusion. We promote open and honest communication to enhance inclusion. We encourage a working environment in which employees feel empowered and are receptive to other points of view. We take bullying and ostracism very seriously and investigate each case objectively and with the utmost care.
When possible, we may meet our employee's desire for flexible working options. Hybrid work models encourage flexibility and autonomy. Hence, we provide the possibility of part-time, flextime, compressed workweek, and hybrid work. This helps employees to adjust work to their personal preferences and family situations, thus, creating a better work-life balance and healthier life. While we understand that remote work is very desirable among employees, we refrain from this opportunity taking into account the negative effects (such as less human interaction & isolation, need for frequent meetings, risk of overworking, etc.) it may cause. Nevertheless, in the future, remote work may be agreed upon in special cases if certain requirements are met.
Environmental Engagement
In terms of a sustainable environment in our CSR commitments, we strive to adopt sustainable resource management, such as energy conservation, sustainable material sourcing, recycling, and waste management practices. Nonetheless, while we care about the environment, we also know that outdated technology can increase costs and reduce safety. Therefore, we work hard and consciously try to find the right balance for when to replace these and how to dispose of them.
In the area of energy conservation, we keep the size of office spaces to moderate, switch off energy-consuming appliances when not in use, and utilize LED lighting in our offices. These reduce energy usage. We also pay attention to the packaging and distribution of our office and work supplies. When purchasing such supplies, we strive to do business with suppliers and shippers who share our values. In this regard, we try to minimize packaging and the transport route, preferring recyclable packaging and sustainable delivery options.
