WinG MEE AB offers services and solutions to companies and individuals that meet their needs for both personal and professional development. Our goal is to support clients in their endeavor of starting and operating successful businesses that contribute to an economically sustainable future. Hence, we offer a range of services, including consulting and coaching on business-related issues regarding Business management & administration, and Entrepreneurship available through various channels. Whereas coaching sessions are conducted both online and in-person (only in the Stockholm area), consultation takes place first and foremost in place and delimited to Sweden. Additionally, we provide administrative support, available online and offline. However, this is only a side business that will eventually be phased out or at least become delimited for our Business management consultancy clients.

Moreover, in addition and connection to the above-mentioned services, we also provide a platform - a community - where members can connect with one another. Through discussions, they can exchange ideas, share their knowledge, and learn from each other's experiences. The aim is to foster mutual support, allowing community members to aid each other’s development through interactivity.

WinG MEE AB is currently focusing primarily on the development of its business and website, but if needed, our personal coaching and consulting services are now available in Sweden. During coaching, tips, advice and guidance are offered but the actual work is carried out by the customer themselves.

A written contract is valid in each case with the above information.

Value Added Tax can be referred to in many ways (such as GST, CT or HST), however, since WinG MEE AB is basically a Sweden based company, we refer to it as VAT. Swedish companies in most cases need to charge tax when they sell goods and services, but if a Swedish company's annual turnover is or is less than 120,000 SEK, it does not need to register or charge VAT. To be exempt from VAT, the following conditions stated on the Swedish Tax Agency's official website must be met:

• The company must be headquartered in Sweden.

• The company's annual turnover is no more than 120,000 SEK during the current calendar year (January–December).

Since WinG MEE AB currently meets several of these conditions and is also headquartered in Sweden, at the present, we are neither registered nor charge VAT. Nevertheless, as a preparation for our future activities, prices on our booking page are inclusive VAT and with a tax rate of 25%.

Please note that when you book consulting services I´ll need the companies' ledger or financial statements and other documents (depending on the situation) a week before the meeting so that I can prepare for the conversation and focus on the specific problem as early as possible. Furthermore, in case of coaching services, fees are 50 SEK lower on online services.
