WinG MEE AB was founded by Gertrúd Windberg, who is also the owner and CEO of the company. Gertrúd Windberg is responsible for the company's daily operations and main business activities. WinG MEE AB is a micro business with the aspiration to attract new partners, such as affiliates, and other stakeholders, including a diverse range of employees, in the future.

In my role as a Coach, I offer professional services to emerging entrepreneurs and entrepreneur aspirants. My role involves assisting clients in discovering their motivations, formulating clear objectives, and identifying their inherent strengths and opportunities to establish viable businesses and achieve success as entrepreneurs. Through personalized coaching sessions, I work closely with each client to assess their unique needs and aspirations. We focus on key elements of developing a comprehensive business plan, ensuring that their vision is not only clear but also actionable. Hence, the work is partly guided by clients' individual needs and partly by the fundamental components of a comprehensive business plan. By fostering a supportive environment, I empower entrepreneurs to navigate challenges, build resilience, and transform their ideas into viable, thriving businesses. I also offer comprehensive support on my website, which includes a regularly updated blog that features valuable resources, tips, and insights. Additionally, I have created a vibrant community where members can connect, share experiences, and seek advice, fostering a supportive environment for personal and professional growth. Moreover, in a later phase of these clients' operations (in the first 2 years after startup) I also offer coaching in simpler managerial issues.

 

As a management consultant my primary objective is to improve my clients' efficiency by providing an ´undistorted ´ perspective regarding pertinent issues, thus assisting them in gaining clarity about their strategies and processes at different levels of the organization. This approach involves a comprehensive examination of clients´ current business plans, strategies, organizational structure, and culture. Additionally, I review policies, relevant economic data, and diverse accounts, and engage in an in-depth analysis of their internal processes and the prevailing business and market environment. Through this multifaceted analysis, I aim to develop a holistic understanding of the organization, which allows me to identify strengths, deficiencies, and potential vulnerabilities while uncovering untapped growth opportunities. Subsequently, I suggest improvements in for instance systems and processes, and/or pinpoint needs of training, etc., to optimize the performance of their businesses. While my recommendations are grounded in established and proven solutions, I do not solely rely on these. Instead, I actively seek new ways to address challenges. I see changes in the business and market environment - particularly technical advancements- as unique opportunities for improving performance and gaining competitive advantages. Additionally, I have many years of experience in situation analysis, getting to the root of problems, and announcing dismissal decisions.
